Live2D rigging requires the rigger to know how objects look when rotated and apply deformers or redraw as necessary.
It looks alright from the front but when she turns it looks like she grows a tumor out the side of the head. The green portion should've been deformed to nothing as she turns to the side.
Hopefully they've fixed it before debut so tens of thousands of people don't see this disaster in motion.
