I'm not a Lunaito by any means, but I really like 4th gen a lot and that also includes Luna. If you mean the character she plays, I'd say she is a spoiled little brat who wants what she wants and if she doesn't get it she'll either act annoying or just throw a tantrum. She sometimes drags some words when she wants to be annoying and laughs when she succeeds. In reality I see a very mature person who is very smart, resists teasing and is a pretty good teaser (like sitting on Subaru's lap and staring her right in the eyes when Subaru had to confess to her). She is one who downs whiskey and begins to have more serious talks when sad or troubled but is conscious enough not to drink too much, at least in other's presence (though you can she is drunk on some really sad streams). She also is a very talented girl who graciously plays her instruments on her free time, making everyone in her presence go quiet in awe and admiration.

I think, in short, Luna is a good girl with a good heart. She playfully teases you and acts like the little spoiled princess that she is but sometimes you can see her more serious, though obviously still keeping her childish charm, when the topic is important. I don't think this helps much but well, you asked.
