I see what you're trying to say, but you're also pretty wrong. Her small accessories aren't really what defines her the most. Good character design is about making striking combinations that stick in your brain if you can't remember all the small details. Main things that stick out about Amelia are
>Blond, shoulder-length hair
>Blue, round, soft eyes
>Tan-tartan skirt that reaches halfway up her body
>White, long-sleeve blouse
Sometimes she'll wear a coat, or sometimes she appears taller than she actually is, but in all Ame art those things are the same. Those combinations are entirely unique to her. It's when you take away those key parts of the combination, like her skirt or her blouse, that she seems to lose her identity. Ame isn't dependant on her small accessories, but rather she relys on far greater visual aids to help her stand out as opposed to Ina or Kiara, who are recognisable from hair and eyes alone.
