Sayu/Zaion/真黒 was disappointed by her numbers in XSOLEIL. She thought that she would be better-off returning to her indie account, especially with all the new exposure from her Niji EN debut. She wanted to pull a Yugo.

Her contract prevented her from quitting, so she deliberately broke rules to get herself fired. She thought that Kurosanji would release a vague termination notice, just like with Yugo.

Her plan backfired, because Kurosanji instead initiated a full-on smear campaign to tarnish her reputation and prevent another Yugo.
