I don't think so, probably is just some black company that wants to get some easy money from the talent.
not getting anything in terms of who are these people, what they did before, even how many people are working there, should be a big red flag.
also, notice that the art they are using for the "vtuber" is named as a "VN sprite" maybe is just how they call live 2d but I don't think so in the artist ko-fi and that the supposed rigger has not said a thing about working for this company, yet.
