If you're OTR you get paid to live in a small box and eat junk food, and all you have to do is hold a steering wheel, stare out a windshield, and yell racial slurs at other drivers and over the CB. It's like a mobile NEET cave, and is ideal for someone who doesn't have their own place or many responsibilities and wants to save up money.
As far as games and watching streams goes, laptops, phones, and mobile hotspots are a thing, and I've yet to miss a Pomu stream because of work.
