Haachama is her way of internalizing the bullying she felt. She locks up Haato and refuses to take responsibility for not putting in any effort to learn english. It is her way of playing the victim card. Haachama speaks english to bully her majority japanese audience to let them know how it feels to suffer from a language barrier. She is hostile in this state and is a danger to herself and others. She also regresseses to her younger self back when she used to stream videos of her sniffing her own feet, hence the reason Haachama is making lewd videos. It is a cry for help.

Haato is her learning from her mistakes and not blaming others for her issues. She is mature while she is in this state. She even cooks and gets along with everyone. This state represents her maturity from a lazy little girl into a hard working women.
