This was said in the last thread about this, but their demographic want streams in English. This chart is the average number of people watching specifically English-language streams - EU primetime has more viewers than NA primetime, especially at the weekend where NA can watch the same streams during the day.

The thing is, nobody wants a fully localised EU branch with people streaming in French and German or whatever. The people in hololive's demographic watch streams in English. Literally all they need is EN members who stream earlier. Hopefully they realise that.

Again, the peak viewership of English-language livestreams happens at euro primetime, due to a combination of demographics (stream/vtuber watchers tend to be younger and have much higher English proficiency than average) and it overlapping with NA NEETs & people watching at work. It is objectively a good time to stream.
