From what im seeing, its not half bad. Corn has a different texture and absorbs more broth, but i dont think it should taste different?
Auntie used to put a cube of cheese in the middle, and we had to make the balls ourselves. You want them all to be small and roughly the same size, otherwise you are getting a wooden spoon in that hand
