Looking into it more, I'm confused. Her merch store is managed by Seth's company glitchless.gg but the support email is different from the one on that notice. I can't find a reference to support@horizonsmerch.com anywhere else on the Internet. I ran a WHOIS on the domain and it was registered literally hours ago. My first thought was that it might be related to Novel Horizons who may have decided to help pick up the slack on the orders Seth bungled, much like Vite Ramen elected to help the victims of Cha Latte's Copium Merch, but now I'm not so sure
