Sorry kadet, honestly forgot and now it's bed time for me. I'll try and continue, but I haven't written anything in over a decade so I'm very rusty. Nothing spicy yet because I seem to have forgotten how to get from point A to point B without a lot unnecessary filler words.

You look out the kitchen window whilst chopping some negi and notice the darkening skies. There was no mention of rain on the weather report today, and as if on cue, you hear the soft pitter patter of water against the window before your view gets completely obstructed by the unscheduled deluge. You set aside your knife to go get a towel from the wardrobe, when you hear the front door open and a deep voice exclaim, "FUCK!" followed by a softer, almost whispered, "Tadaima."

You hurry, towel in hand, "Okaeri! The rain came out of nowhere..."

Sonny is standing by the door, making sure not to get anything wet as water drips down his face and body. His clothes are stuck to him like second skin; his usual oversized jacket is nowhere in sight. You carefully approach him with the towel, trying to avoid the puddle pooling under his feet.

"Where's your jacket? You're absolutely drenched!"

He takes the towel from your hands, giving it a squeeze and flashes you a small, sheepish smile. "I saw a cat out in the rain so I made a makeshift tent for it. Seemed like it had an owner, so I didn't want to risk taking it farther than where home could be."

Thanks, I'll check it out then. Phasmophobia's best when no one's taking it seriously because it's boring and repetitive after you've watched more than one or two sessions of it, but you have to be fun to carry it.
I was hoping to get some rest this week since this schedule didn't really appeal to me, but it looks like I'm going to have too many VODs to go through...
