if you can get me a specific nightly build of cataclysm dda C, (2015-2016?) before they added unneeded garbage that made the vehicle mechanics unbearable and before the devs nerfed guns into the ground to buff their stupid stealth archer playthroughs then maybe I'll start doing CDDA again but no way in hell am I playing that in its modern ABSOLUTE state.

if you're already giving it your all, what you should look for is an assistant of some sort to take some load off of yourself, not a manager to tell you to do more shit
you can only work so hard on your own, and you probably have a better idea of what you want to do than someone who is not you
assistants come in a lot of forms, if you do your own assets and art you can outsource those fairly easily but they will not always be quite what you like
