Anons, how do you cope with being severely mentally ill? I'm currently hearing my oshi's moans in my head as clear as day, and it sounds like she's getting railed, moaning, and saying "fuck yeah" and stuff like that. I don't like this because it is making me feel cucked as if my gf is getting railed in the room next to mine and the walls are thin enough for me to hear it but I know it's all in my head but still it is making me feel very sad and distressed and I don't know what to do about it do you guys have any ideas or can you relate to this?
