I dunno, that one is too clearly magical and transcending into water. The design of the new holochuuba seems to actually be hair for the entire length that has a style that is reminiscent of water.
Although I may be biased because I like the woodblock wave style from

too much.
I think the biggest problem with it, if anything, is the wacky hair shooting out the top. I don't hate it but it certainly would be more elegant without it.
