I think being parasocial is okay to a certain extent because it makes you want to improve yourself in various things i.e physically/emotionally/learning a language or whatever that makes you want to be closer to your oshi but you have to realize that's all it'll ever be.
There's nothing wrong with loving them if you accept it's one sided.
