Rogue Trader is fun as hell, but I think the scale of Rogue Trader is too much for Mori even if she uses a controlled Closed Matrix style of storytelling. It's just too big and too much to account for. She's already having problems jamming everything together in her own campaign.
I suggest Dark Heresy. Her tendency of creating guide characters definitely suits the role of DH's Inquisitor. Dark Heresy 2 is also much easier to understand and pickup for absolute newfags. it also has a similar investigation/intrique feel to it as WOD: Hunter.
