I was going to answer any Shota/Trap artist because I genuinely miss Kira and Kaoru, but at least Rio fills that void a little.
But after giving it a second thought, maybe Tsukudani Norio, that one female mangaka that made an entire trap manga and curently is a trap vtuber herself. She is a mama to a lot of vtubers though... maybe actually working for holopro might be too much work, even though she is buddies with some members.
