NTA, but not much. It's not really a fanservicey type of game (well, there's some in the newer games for some reason, but mostly it's just straight action). Adol gets a goddess waifu early on, so besides some girls lusting for his dick meaningless, there's no romance stuff either. You do get to play as pic related in the prequel game, though. Play Ys I&II, but know they play nothing like the better games (they got some weird ass bumper cart combat). After that, play Origin and then move onto any of the ones on Steam. Besides those 3, the games are all self-contained stories with little to no continuity between them. Pirate any of the games by NIS, cause fuck em. They took the license from xseed only to provide garbage translation and ports.
