What you don't seem to understand is that for something to be copyrighted it must first be registered. Without a registered copyright, any sort of legal action will not hold up very well in court. Phase COULD copyright it and THEN sue, but since FlaVR isn't even a registered copyright yet, this whole discussion is pointless.

You keep throwing around the word copyright which is why I have to define it for you. To make it easy for you, remember that streamers have to play copyright free music on stream. There is a difference between something that is copyrighted and copyright free and unless you can come up with the legal documentation that says Phase copyrights FlaVR specifically and not have your only evidence for your argument be "Pippa said" then feel free to not reply.
