China updated their streaming rule again in May, in short

1. Underage user can't superchat
2. Underage user can't stream
3. Provide a filtered, youth-friendly viewing mode
4. Provide a dedicated customer service team for Underage user
5. Prohibit the ranking of users by the amount of money in the broadcast, and prohibit the appearance and name of gifts to lure users
6. Strengthen regulations for Underage user during peak hours, and prohibit Underage user from watching streaming after 10pm
7. Strengthen education on internet regulation

And Bilibili also is now implementing new "Respect" rule

All sort of joke on hell or dying is prohibited and will result in punishment including deletion of account.

The official announcement points out that hell joke that make fun of other people's illnesses and even deaths, as well as the use of gender, occupation, age and other factors to classify people as different to attack others, are disrespectful to others, and this trend is spreading in the bilibili community.

The announcement cited Kobe Bryant and John F. Kennedy as examples, saying that making jokes about historical deaths would be considered a violation; in addition to uploading content, posting inappropriate interactions via pop-ups (e.g., natural elimination, don't be a wannabe) is also against the rules.
