Waiting 37 hours for inept management on Christmas - which is literally the busiest time in Vtubing industry - is unacceptable. Selen had all the right to post it, because there's literally nothing wrong with the video, it simply needed just a confirmation. Sometimes you are forced to break a rule, simply because the other party is so bad. You just do that, and you resolve this heavy management fuck-up later when the time isn't so busy.

The most ridiculous thing about whole case is how management wasn't reprimanded, but Selen. They couldn't review a video in 37 hours but they could terminate her under 2 hours? They could at least write "Selen, we are busy, you will get reply in 48 hours". Seriously, when things are THIS bad, you kinda have to break a rule to make a point, to bring this to higher management. 37 hours on fucking Christmas? Busy season? Are they demented? People don't take leaves for three months straight on busy season!
