So I've played about 5 gacha games. Mobamasu, LLSIF (didn't whale much outside of getting #1 on the global server before they allowed chinks and people started cheating), Starlight Stage, Granblue Fantasy, and now Uma Musume.

Mobamasu was about collecting PNGs but I didn't put much money in because it was HEAVILY anti-gaijin. LLSIF was less about collecting PNGs and more about collecting full combos. Starlight Stage was about collecting PNGs in order to be able to see my favorites dancing on stage with my other favorites as a choice since not all songs are solo. For starlight stage I whaled but I mostly support the franchise through cds/going to lives/buying merch.

Granblue was about getting big dick numbers, though I liked the stories and characters a huge bunch . From the divine generals to the eternals. Not do much the Arcarum characters, though. I only got the ones I got because of esports . The game was honestly really fun for me until they added V2. I still fucking hate V2 even if they improved on it

And now I'm playing Uma Musume and honestly the gameplay is fun, the game is beautiful, and watching the races and getting fucked over by RNG as if it were real life horse racing fills me with dread, anxiety, and also adrenaline and I fucking love it.
