The reason Selen and Pomu took off and not Elira and Pomu is because Elira is not nearly as good a yapper and just doesn't have the on stream chemistry Doki has with Mint. Good collabs are ones where the girls are on the same wavelength. Great collabs are ones where the girls tease each other.
Perfect collabs are the ones where girls that are on the same wavelength still tease each other. Elira and Pomu never moved far past the first stage. Pomu did lots of teasing, but Elira never managed to bite back like Selen did. Even if we ignore all the kurosanji clique bullying parts - she just couldn't measure up to Selen's charisma.
