In my opinion, Miko wasn't really trying to insult Mel, but did so anyway because she's a sperg and bad with words. From what I understand, there has also been a bit of banter from Miko about Mel's model and tech, though whether that is just professional criticism or shit talking I can't say because I have not seen / heard what was said (and Mel's model is full of issues that even Mel would acknowledge).
