ComfyUI is arguably easier to set up than Automatic1111, tends to get better gens (assuming you're okay at prompting and parameter adjustment), and has ready SDXL support. The only real hurdle is learning the UI can be a bit daunting at first.

Just watch some tutorials and you'll get the hang of it.
