I've really not explored models too much, this was done using the most basic form of the CamelliaMix 2.5D model. Loras are the Tenma one linked in >>49340570, Add Details, the mentioned breast expansion lora, and a splash of an artist style lora that I don't actually think has much importance here that I usually use to balance out another style lora.

As an update, I did manage to get close with some brute force prompting. I had to add the blue hair highlights myself though, original generation is left and the edit is right in pic related.
