This is only the first of two panels, hence the 400x300 dimensions. The second will be below to make it a total of 400x600.
I just want to drop it here for now to see if there's any suggestions for cleaning it up, or if I'm good to leave as is. Considering moving the sign in the background further to the left so it has full visibility.
I'll be working on the next panel tomorrow and joining the two for my final submission.
