8/10.
This year was a roller coaster of extremes with very fun events and really stupid happenings but I think it's telling that most of my favorite clips are from 2022 despite being a fan since 2020. It was sad to see Apex go, but I've been happy with the Valorant events and the new full parties. The last few months being quiet have been kind of crummy but I'm not too bothered. There were probably a lot of crappy events too but it's hard to remember them unless I actually look for them. I think that's a good sign. I remember tons of highlights.
I know it's hard to top the sense of community from 2021 (Bora retiring was the end of Geinin Ryodan to me, you can't change my mind. The New Year party they had at the start of 2022 felt so empty. Core Keeper turned into a nostalgia party), but I really liked the company competitions this year, because it feels like VSPO as a community itself has gotten a lot stronger and I'm happy enough with that.

I still remember my butthurt over 花の都, though I secretly enjoyed the sense of smugness that came with that event ending, even if the fallout will never go away.
Loved LaF. Loved MxF. Loved YG. Loved Inbo.
Loved the [taya] arc on the Rust server.
The rank climbs that did succeed were great.
Tsuna hire hype was incredible.
Summer festival was still a good time.
Loved all the big collabs in games like Among Us and the synchronized answers quiz.
Loved the TwitCasts, like the road trip.
Love all my girls.
