Consistency has nothing to do with "number of hours streamed" and I don't even know why you are equating both
Mio is one of the MOST consistent streamers on the JP side and, yet, she only has 20 hours over Haachama, one of the LEAST consistent, and she trails Mel by a good margin, another of the inconsistent ones.

Consistency is setting an expectation and fulfilling it.
Mio has more or less a set schedule of short thematic streams and she delivers on them.
I BET most people here will be surprised to learn she has one of the lowest amount of hours streamed of all of Hololive, EXACTLY because of her consistency
