His ideas were in my opinion were a poor attempt at being Hegel but with a spin, life is by nature, pretty fucked up, BUT we can advocate ourselves into artistic, moral and religious "retreats" to face a fundamentally painful and clueless existence, I believe his ideas were grossly generalized (I.E 'Dude, just because you exist you suffer, lmao.') but atleast it served as a stepping stone for people to look more into the topic.
