Some people are honestly still finding out, but from what I hear, youtube started some kind of passive, periodic sub purge of inactive accounts or something. They're not getting nearly enough subs regularly to offset the bleed, and due to this they're not expanding in the algorithm which is causing more bleed in an awful negative feedback loop that's slowly strangling NijiEN.
