I'll tell you why Vei drastically reduced her streams.

Before she met Soda, her entire skit has always been coomer content and/or kinda flirting with Chat because she did do some mild GFE in the past. She also played a lot of singleplayer games because she's actually a gamer. That's 2021 Veibae in a nutshell.

But now she gets to do all of the above with her favorite audience i.e. Sodapoppin, so she cringes at herself when trying to do what she did before in front of a different crowd (her chat) when she can just be with Soda and have more fun that way. She's at an impasse because she doesn't know how to change her chat meta (coomer fanbase) and at the same time she doesn't want to flirt with anyone anymore when she can be cozying up with Soda, hence 2021 Veibae is gone forever.
