I havent been around long enough to know when they might've split (does anyone actually know why Zen got depressed last year, took Vshojo out of her twitter handle, and possibly almost killed herself?), but I think just based on how she's getting increasingly flirty and lewd (especially with Haruka) she's no longer taken.
Theres also the fact that she still goes to answer the door while streaming, and I'd assume if the "bf is a programmer for her model" rrat were true, he would handle that. That or he works a normie job now that covid is over, but given the earnings Zen pulls I dont see why someone would do that rather than just help Zen with her work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
And with how often Zen has to crunch on private work when she overworks herself by streaming, I dont think thats the case either.

All this drama and goslingposting and Zen is just having fun running into swing sets in GTA4.
Why cant all the girls be as cool as Zen?
