In hindsight, Advent debuting 2 years after Council had a silver lining in that it gave the girls who would become Promise an extra year to establish themselves without a chronically absent dead weight dragging them down. The general sentiment about Council at the one year mark wasn't nearly as positive as it is now, and it might not have gotten better if Advent had debuted at that point and started overshadowing them.
