That's the thing, I don't think the CEO had a master plan when it came to this situation. When you look at his video on the NijiEN channel, he talked in a way that directly contradicted a lot of EN's prior statements, partly because it felt like his video was done by a group of professionals that understood what the fuck they were doing.
For him the situation probably unfolded like this
>"Wait, you guys terminated Selen? That's terrible, I hope you guys at least had a reason for doing so."
>"Hey, actually its been a week since you terminated Selen, and I cant help but notice that our stock price went down, EN fans arent happy and are no longer buying merch either. Care to explain what's going on?

Because looking at Riku at the start of the video was spooky, he absolutely did not look happy to be there. It is not hard to picture that heads rolled at Anycolor offices, literally or metaphorically the moment they stopped recording. Especially because three livers had the genius idea to put in confidential legal information into their video, that'll probably make Anycolor's court case even harder to win.

Elira, Ike, and Vox publicly threw Selen under the bus, all in the name of defending their company. The saddest part is that I am not exaggerating at all, this screencap was Anycolor's smoking gun to clear their name, and it still shows that they took 30 hours to respond to Selen.

Imagine being Selen's manager and ghosting her for 33 hours just so they can go to christmas party is what led up to this shitfest
