I don't really have a target audience.
There are newhags. As you said, they don't need to buy coins for divs.
There are players, who already reached the first page. They need to start thinking about dividends in some way (the default settings target them)
There are also people in Top 100, Top 50, e.t.c. And each demographic would have different settings.
Personally, I think newhags shouldn't use H.E.L.P. They are still far from the point, where there are too much stuff to keep in my mind, when making decisions.
