I've noticed that I've been eating one meal a day a lot recently. I take in a lot of calories and carbs during that meal though. I probably don't need those carbs, I don't know what I weigh now, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm over 200lbs again.
I feel that heavy, but I'm not sure if I actually am. I might have just lost muscle now that I have machines that do my normally taxing job.
I'm also getting older... There's so many factors.
