See here's the deal: Their were self-improvement memes floating around this shithole for a long while. Amelia's comment might have pissed off a few teamates but the real damage was done on the memetic level.

So who is the real villain here? Fucking nobody, because nobody in this equation is actually going to self-improve. If you care about this in any way then you have already made the assumption that you don't need to be any better than you already are. Amelia was foolish for saying it, (some) teamates should be more ashamed of themselves, and antis should probably look at what they're doing as a hobby and realize they are in DESPERATE need of self-improvement.
