Don't feel guilty, there is nothing wrong with not doing reps and that's exactly why you doing it is going above and beyond what's expected, and you doing them now even after stopping makes you an awesome person and I know you can do it. I'm glad I was able to be a part of it but remember that every inch of progress is yours and I hope you can take pride in that, ganbatte!
