That's the whole point. It's called using irony as a characterization device (to go with her self-deprecating M.O.). She explained it in her first couple of streams:

Enna was originally a human who died and turned into a bird as her punishment when she entered hell. She later became a bird angel when she was forcefully removed from hell for being too good at being evil and was relocated to heaven to atone for her sins. She then further became a cyborg bird angel as a result of an attempt to fly gone wrong, which is why she has a single metallic wing (she also ties this to her IRL fear of height).

That's the gist of it. Basically, Enna has perhaps the most developed debut lore in EN but sadly many people don't know this as she rarely mention them after debut.
