I always play clicker games or strategy games when watching chuubas so I'm doing more than just watching TV basically. But really the thing that helps me most is trying to be product whenever I'm anticipating watching a stream, such as doing house tasks for an hour before hand so I feel like I've earned the boredom. But drinking is the worst when you're alone and bored, misery loves company.

Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.
