Regardless, her work fortune is good, and many others put their trust in her.

This card normally represents balance. Mio explains this is a bit difficult to explain in terms of luck, but it seems like it'll be tough to seize opportunities. If she had to say she's lucky or unlucky, she's unlucky. However, since her work fortune is good, Mio reassures her that even if her luck is poor, she can change her fate through sheer effort.
