They're more common the more anime based your model is and what kind of girl you're prompting. Basically the AI does hair shadows really weird and fuses hair with skin in a way that looks ugly. Take this Mori for example

Her hair and skin are melting together and its awful. This would be annoying as fuck to fix in inpainting so it didn't make it into my Mori cowkini set.

That's why I'm always interested when people post gens with clean faces like yours because I like to see if I can add those models to my own to clean up the hair.
