Consider Peko. The current leading JP at the moment. I do not really count Kizuna Ai right now, cause "retired".

The flat line for JP audiences seem to be near 2 million, for vtubers. I do not watch live streamers, but for sure, there are plenty much higher.

And Peko consistently gets a large audience.
