Okay so I’ve seen a lot of people in the Hololive cumminty saying that Laplus’s “collar” is iron or some other Earth material.
It’s not.
It’s actually made from an extremely rare material known as Nocturnis. This material is quite mysterious but we know it was formed a split nanosecond after the Big Bang.
How La+’s collar is made from it and who made it is still unknown. But to harness or even have access to such a scarce element one must quite powerful.
I have a theory that it may have been Kaela who crafted the La+ collar but who knows?
