An addition to this, the actual reason why Mori likely spread is because it's an alternative to Calli which is already short-hand for Calliope which everyone agrees is too long to type contantly. The problem is that Calli is informal and implies familiarity and possibly even admiration - which in a bored predisposed to a range of opinions including neutrality and contempt means an alternative emerged.

I'm annoyed that Mori just completely ignored Watoto's attempts to cut a new deal. Felt like a great way out of this situation that wasn't allowed to progress.
