Letting Muumi manage the talent when they were pissed off at fishman basically saved shit. Not saying Phase is perfect (people are still unsure over the whole Yuri situation and her getting nuked despite being an invader) but they are the standout small corpo for a reason. Although now you could argue they are a medium corpo.

They haven't had a massive scandal on the scale of Riro Ron from Idol yet either. There might be yabs, VODs getting nuked like Lia's CWC watchalong and other stupidity over the years but companies ought to be looking at PC as a company done right.
