For what it's worth, 5ch's consensus seemed to be that while her roommate always hung out in mixed-gender crowds, none of the dudes were ever particularly close to her and the closest one or two turned out to be gay or the boyfriend of one of her girl friends if I recall correctly. As males are what the 5channer fears and the discovery happened during the height of Hoshi no Kanata, people fixated on the business teetee they had, largely ignoring her relationships with the girls that were certainly closer to her than Kanata was. Another thing people willfully ignored was that Kanata was practically a proto-Vtuber whose character setting was playboy and she yuribaited with most of the girls around her. And Suisei sure as hell didn't have Christmas sleepovers and ironic Valentine's Day dates with Kanata unlike one of those other girls.

Of course, what remains is notoriously spotty, and maybe she had a tumultuous breakup resulting in her and her ex erasing all traces of each other on their accounts or maybe she found a Luddite who has no social media accounts, but as far as evidence goes, it favours the absence of a significant other even if far from conclusive.
