The basic run down:
>S-Train is PPP's friend, and one of the managers at the start.
>Tries to groom Kana. Threatens to take company support away if she doesn't do things exactly as told.
>Kana refuses. Takes the issues to Char and PPP who do nothing.
>S-Train takes all mods away from her streams and Discord servers, along with any other company support leaving Kana basically an indie.
>Kana quits
>S-Train moves on to Ria. She also resists his bullshit.
>Ria quits. S-Train awkwardly plays guitar at her graduation and she pretends Discord glitched out to cut him off.
>Suddenly after Ria quits, S-Train "voluntarily leaves" the company.

He was big on banning everyone for the most minor of offenses too, such as saying the word "trap" in just about any context.
Purin used to have a real active VC back in the day. It stopped being so active because S-Train would join it, force his way into the conversation and talk over everyone, and then everyone would quickly leave. Purin would usually make up an excuse to leave the moment he showed up.

In some vtuber or streamer discords in general, creeps join it for the goal of getting close to the streamer. This is especially prevalent in smaller communities, where the streamer doesn't want to tell the creep to fuck off out of fear of losing the few viewers they have. Allowing the creeps to continue of course leads to big drama later.
