Meeting up with shota Roberu after school again. It’s winter, so you’re shivering as you run towards him. You wrap your scarf tight around, hiding your face mask underneath it. The streets are covered in snow, some of it still pristine and white. You can see Roberu in the distance, knelt down, his gloved hands balling up snow, building something. You greet him with a quiet hi, and he turns his head up and gives you a wide grin, his mismatched eyes squinting in pride. He motions you to look at what he was building. It’s the smallest, most lumpiest snowman… snowthing? you’ve ever seen. You give him a weird look and ask him what it was. “It’s a camel!” He says, chipper and cheerfully, a much different face from the one you saw on him when you first met. You giggle in response, before throwing your arm over your mouth to sneeze. Roberu’s tiny face twists in concern, his gloved hands shooting towards yours. “Let’s go inside somewhere warm! I don’t want you to get sick!” And that’s how you ended up having Roberu-kun lead you to his home, introducing you to his parents and older sister, and being served to nice cup of hot cocoa.
